When I was making this essence a dear friend pointed out to me, that what we perceive as shadow is nothing more than a lack of light and what we find painful and upsetting is nothing more than a lack of love.

This essence allows us to become aware of areas where we feel joy and lack of joy in our lives, in a neutral way.

From this state of neutral awareness we can explore our own inner Truth's and allow for  change in those areas which no longer resonate with our greatest joy, in practical ways.
